Breakfast At Tiffany's

First off what's not to love about Breakfast At Tiffany's, it has the beautiful Audrey Hepburn, glamour & of course New York.
I just love the beauty of this film and not to forget Moon River..
Synopsis -
Based on Truman Capote's novel, this is the story of a young woman in New York City who meets a young man when he moves into her apartment building. He is with an older woman who is very wealthy, but he wants to be a writer. She is working as an expensive escort and searching for a rich, older man to marry.
Sound Of Music

A film for all generations, again what's not to love about the Sound Of Music? the music, Captain Von Trapp who is/was everyone's crush when watching this movie and of course the lovely Julie Andrews.
Oh my goodness.. my favourite part is when he dances with her and then they stare.. she blushes, he grins and the scene in the gazebo was so adorable. They were so sweet in this movie. I'm such a romantic sap! :-) I want my very own Captain Von Trapp the Christopher Plummer edition

Synopsis - A tuneful, heartwarming story, it is based on the real life story of the Von Trapp Family singers, one of the world's best-known concert groups in the era immediately preceding World War II. Julie Andrews plays the role of Maria, the tomboyish postulant at an Austrian abbey who becomes a governess in the home of a widowed naval captain with seven children, and brings a new love of life and music into the home.
Dirty Dancing
Dirty Dancing is awesome, what's not to love yet again Patrick Swayze in this era, the dancing and the music is brilliant - lets not forget those songs are classics. i could watch this film endlessly.
Patrick Swayze as Johnny Castle is a dreamboat.
Synopsis - Baby (Jennifer Grey) is one listless summer away from the Peace Corps. Hoping to enjoy her youth while it lasts, she's disappointed when her summer plans deposit her at a sleepy resort in the Catskills with her parents. Baby's father forbids her from seeing Johnny, but she's determined to help him perform the last big dance of the summer.
- Flashdance

First time i'd seen this is when my mum got this on DVD for my 20th birthday, and i loved it! The character is all round awesome and fearless - how awesome would it be to move like Alex. The music is really catchy that you have a little boogie to..
Synopsis - Alex Owens (Jennifer Beals) is a beautiful young woman who works a day job in a steel mill and dances in a bar at night. When Alex discovers that her handsome boss, Nick Hurley (Michael Nouri), is both interested in her and supportive of her performing career, she renews her efforts to get accepted into a prestigious dance conservatory. Although Alex is frightened of failure, she is cheered on by Nick, as well as by her mentor, former ballet performer Hanna Long (Lilia Skala).
Pretty Woman

whats not to love, a guy who is rich falls in love with a woman who doesn't have the lavish lifestyle, you just kinda root for them to be together i think. Julia Roberts is effortlessly beautiful and Richard Gere is lovely. They both go on a journey of self discovery.
Synopsis - In this modern update on Cinderella, a prostitute and a wealthy businessman fall hard for one another, forming an unlikely pair. While on a business trip in L.A., Edward (Richard Gere), who makes a living buying and breaking up companies, picks up a hooker, Vivian (Julia Roberts), on a lark. After Edward hires Vivian to stay with him for the weekend, the two get closer, only to discover there are significant hurdles to overcome as they try to bridge the gap between their very different worlds.
